Cancellation Policy

1. Acknowledgment of Risks Renter acknowledges that operating or riding in a motorized watercraft such as a Freedom Float involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: - Collisions with other vessels, docks, or natural obstacles - Capsizing or falling overboard - Equipment malfunction or failure - Exposure to changing weather or water conditions - Personal injury or death Renter assumes all risks, both known and unknown, related to the use of the watercraft. 2. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renter releases and agrees to hold harmless Freedom Floats, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and insurers from any and all liability, claims, damages, or demands arising from or related to the use of the watercraft, including those arising from the negligence of the Company or others. 3. Responsibility and Rules Renter agrees to: - Wear a Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD) at all times. - Not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - Follow all posted safety instructions and adhere to all boating laws and regulations. - Not exceed the maximum capacity of the boat. - Return the boat in the same condition it was received. - Be financially responsible for any damage caused to the boat or third parties during the rental period. 4. Medical and Emergency Authorization Renter authorizes the Company to obtain medical treatment in the event of an emergency and agrees to be responsible for any associated costs. 5. Indemnification Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company for any costs, claims, or liabilities arising out of their use of the boat, including attorney’s fees and legal expenses. 6. Photo/Video Release Renter grants permission to Freedom Floats to use any photographs or video taken during the rental for promotional purposes, unless opted out in writing. 7. Certification By signing below, Renter certifies that they: - Are at least 18 years of age - Have received a safety orientation and operating instructions - Are physically and mentally fit to operate the boat
