Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 1st, 2025

At Freedom Floats, we’re committed to making your river experience smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. Please review the following refund and cancellation terms prior to booking or purchasing:

Cancellations by Customer

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage staffing and availability for all guests.

  • More than 72 hours’ notice:
    ✅ Full refund or reschedule at no charge

  • 72 to 48 hours’ notice:
    ➖ 50% refund or reschedule with a $10 rescheduling fee

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show:
    ❌ No refund and no rescheduling available

We reserve the right to strictly enforce this policy to ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety is our top priority. If Freedom Floats cancels your float due to hazardous weather or high water levels, you will receive:

  • A full refund
    or

  • The option to reschedule at no charge

⚠️ Note: We float rain or shine. Light rain is not considered grounds for cancellation. Weather cancellations are limited to unsafe conditions such as lightning, strong winds, or dangerous water levels.

Late Arrivals

Guests must arrive 15–30 minutes before their scheduled float time. This ensures check-in, safety briefings, and timely shuttle service.

  • Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

  • No refund will be issued for missed departure times.

 

Custom cancellation terms may apply for group reservations, private events, or special bookings.

Product Returns

We proudly offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for boat and accessory purchases. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns on:

  • Unopened and unregistered boats

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

 

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
